Welcome to FalPool. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with our company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
FalPool offers a variety of pool services including but not limited to:

Renovations and remodels

Equipment installation, repair, and upgrades

Weekly cleaning and maintenance
All services are subject to written estimates, signed agreements, and applicable deposit/payment requirements.
2. Quotes, Deposits & Payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to schedule or begin work.
-
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your signed agreement or invoice.
-
Payments made by credit or debit card may incur a 3% convenience fee.
-
ACH transfers and Zelle payments are accepted without additional fees.
-
Customer agrees to keep a valid payment method on file when required.
3. Scheduling & Access

Service dates may vary due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen delays.

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the pool area on scheduled service days. Locked gates or blocked access may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
4. Warranties & Liability

Equipment installations may include manufacturer warranties; details will be provided upon request.
-
FalPool provides a 90-day limited workmanship warranty (cut-to-cut) on equipment installations, covering leaks or malfunctions caused by our installation work.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, customer misuse, neglect, or third-party work.

Pool water chemistry must be properly maintained by the customer unless FalPool is providing weekly service. Failure to do so may void warranties.
5. Cancellations & Terminations

Customers may cancel ongoing weekly service with 7 days’ written notice.

Construction or remodel projects cancelled after deposits are made will not receive deposit refunds.

FalPool reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at its discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or non-payment.
