Terms and Conditions

Company: FalPool LLC (“FalPool,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

Welcome to FalPool. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with our company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

FalPool offers a variety of pool services including but not limited to:

  • Pool design and construction

  • Renovations and remodels

  • Equipment installation, repair, and upgrades

  • Weekly cleaning and maintenance

All services are subject to written estimates, signed agreements, and applicable deposit/payment requirements.

2. Quotes, Deposits & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to schedule or begin work.

  • Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your signed agreement or invoice.

  • Payments made by credit or debit card may incur a 3% convenience fee.

  • ACH transfers and Zelle payments are accepted without additional fees.

  • Customer agrees to keep a valid payment method on file when required.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Service dates may vary due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen delays.

  • Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the pool area on scheduled service days. Locked gates or blocked access may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

4. Warranties & Liability

  • Equipment installations may include manufacturer warranties; details will be provided upon request.

  • FalPool provides a 90-day limited workmanship warranty (cut-to-cut) on equipment installations, covering leaks or malfunctions caused by our installation work.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, customer misuse, neglect, or third-party work.

  • Pool water chemistry must be properly maintained by the customer unless FalPool is providing weekly service. Failure to do so may void warranties.

5. Cancellations & Terminations

  • Customers may cancel ongoing weekly service with 7 days’ written notice.

  • Construction or remodel projects cancelled after deposits are made will not receive deposit refunds.

  • FalPool reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at its discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or non-payment.

6. SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from FalPool LLC (“FalPool”). These messages may include:

  • Service updates

  • Appointment reminders

  • Marketing and promotional messages

  • Responses to customer questions

  • Conversational messaging

  • Notifications about purchases

  • Information about your business relationship with FalPool

  • Delivery status updates

Types of messages users will receive: For example, You will receive account alerts and promotional offers via SMS

.By registering, you agree to receive account notifications and promotional messages via SMS. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Message Flow (CTA)

  • After you provide your phone number and agree to receive messages, you will receive a confirmation text message from FalPool at 407-926-0201.

  • By replying YES, you confirm your opt-in to receive recurring text messages.

  • Message frequency will vary based on service needs, reminders, or promotions.

  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have unsubscribed.

  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact support at info@falpool.com or 407-926-0201.

Message & Data Rates

  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • FalPool is not responsible for delays or undelivered messages caused by carrier networks.

Privacy

  • Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are kept private and never shared with third parties.

Terms Alignment

This SMS agreement is part of FalPool’s overall Terms & Conditions. By opting in, you agree that all SMS communications are considered part of your ongoing business relationship with FalPool.

  • Message frequency varies and may include service reminders, appointment updates, and promotional messages.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

  • Mobile opt-in consent is never shared with third parties.

7. Privacy Policy

Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and safeguard customer data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FalPool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

FalPool reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
