By using our website, submitting forms, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services FalPool LLC provides pool design/construction, renovations, equipment repair/installation, weekly maintenance, and related services per written estimates/agreements.

2. Quotes, Deposits & Payments Quotes valid 30 days. Deposits may be non-refundable. Payments via card (possible fee), ACH, Zelle. Keep valid payment on file if required.

3. Scheduling & Access Dates subject to weather/delays. Provide safe pool access; additional fees for issues.

4. Warranties & Liability 90-day limited workmanship warranty on installations (details provided). Not liable for pre-existing issues, misuse, or improper maintenance by customer.

5. Cancellations Weekly service: 7 days’ notice. Projects: Deposits non-refundable post-commencement. We may refuse/cancel for safety/non-payment.

6. SMS Messaging Terms Description of SMS Use Cases: We send transactional messages (quotes, appointments, reminders, updates, support responses) and promotional messages (offers, discounts) if you separately consent via form checkboxes.

Opt-In: Provide phone number and check explicit consent box(es). You receive a confirmation text; reply YES to confirm (if applicable).
Message Frequency & Types: Up to 4 messages/month (varies). Transactional: service-related only. Promotional: marketing/offers (optional).
Message & Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP to unsubscribe (confirmation sent). Reply HELP for info. Or contact us. Opt-out applies to future messages; prior consents honored.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information may be shared only with our SMS service providers to facilitate the delivery of text messages

Age Restriction: You must be 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent) to provide personal information, opt in to SMS, or use services.
Consent Not Required: SMS consent voluntary/not required for quotes/services.

8. Limitation of Liability To fullest extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect/consequential damages from services/website.
